DXB Barber Terms of Service

Welcome to DXB Barber. We are committed to providing exceptional grooming services for our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Payment Policies

  • Payments are to be made at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • On arrival of DXB Barber any delays to starting the appointment by the client may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
  • Customers must inform the barber of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the treatment.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their appointment.

4. Health and Safety

  • DXB Barber adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both barber and clients.
  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to protect the health of others.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • DXB Barber is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
  • We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during client visits.

6. Customer Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour towards DXB Barber and clients is expected at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
